Hall Chair in Breast Cancer, Professor of Medicine and Associate Director for Basic and Translational Research in the Division of Heme/Onc, Co-Leader of the Breast Cancer Research Program, Associate Director for Translational Research and Director of Precision Oncology at the Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center. His research program involves identifying and validating genetic targets for breast cancer therapy and diagnostics.

is a board certified general, laparoscopic, robotic and breast surgeon with over 20 years of experience providing comprehensive breast care. He is experienced in robotic surgery with training from The European Institute of Oncology (Milan) and is currently the only breast surgeon in the United States who is certified to perform a robotic nipple sparing mastectomy.

Dr. O’Connor is a graduate of University of Queensland (Medicine).He completed a three-year post graduate residency at Nambour General Hospital, including six months in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
He was also the Managing Radiologist at the Women’s Imaging Centre at Kawana Private Hospital before going into private practice.
|Dr. Deanna Attai
is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Surgery at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. She received her undergraduate degree from Vassar College and her medical degree from the Georgetown University School of Medicine. She completed her general surgery residency at the Georgetown University Hospital. Dr. Attai is a past-president of the American Society of Breast Surgeons, and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. An ardent proponent for patient education and empowerment, Dr. Attai is frequently sought out by local and national media for her thoughts on breast disease, diagnosis and treatment.
She is a regular contributor to social media sites and is a co-moderator for #BCSM – Breast Cancer Social Media – the first and longest-running cancer support community based on Twitter.

|Dr. Matthew Ellis
was recently recruited to Baylor College of Medicine to serve as the Director of the Lester and Sue Smith Breast Center and to hold the C. Kent Osborne Chair of Breast Oncology. He has been instrumental in developing a Genome Atlas and Therapeutic Road Map for estrogen receptor positive breast cancer and most recently found that metastatic breast tumors harbor mutations and translocations in the estrogen receptor gene that render the tumor resistant to therapies used to block estrogen receptor function. Dr. Ellis has a successful track record in international clinical and translational research, with recent trainees from Brazil, Chile, Poland and Turkey.

Susan M. Love, MD, MBA
has dedicated her professional life to ending breast cancer. As Founder and Chief Visionary Officer of Dr. Susan Love Foundation for Breast Cancer Research, she oversees an active research program centered on finding breast cancer cause and prevention. Prior to this role, she was a Clinical Professor of Surgery at UCLA’s David Geffen School of Medicine.

|Jose Pablo Leone, MD
received his MD from Universidad del Salvador, Argentina in 2005.
He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at University of Miami Jackson Memorial Hospital in 2011, and went on to complete fellowships in Hematology and Medical Oncology at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in 2014. He was faculty at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics from 2014 through 2017. In 2017, he joined the staff of Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Dana-Farber, where he is a medical oncologist and clinical investigator in the Breast Oncology Center. His research focuses on brain metastases, male breast cancer and novel therapies in the treatment of breast cancer.
